Test fit and concept design for retail tenancy marketing.

 

We’ve worked with a number of RDM (Retail Design Managers) and real estate agents to test fit and develop concepts to help our clients lease tenancies. In this particular project designing a cafe concept for a shopping centre in Toowoomba Qld.

We understand that seeing is believing, so utilised the latest 3d visualisation technology to engage their prospects helping them to visualise layout options for the available space.

Our design team has significant experience designing kiosks and cafes for shopping centres including considerations such as:

  • Signage and visibility for passersby to attract new customers

  • Designing commercial food preparation areas and working with centre management for required approvals

  • Spatial planning and flow of customers to maximise sales while minimising traffic congestion

  • Clever and flexible storage within a small footprint

  • Coordination of electrical, hydraulics and other services to island position within shopping centres
